What you'll be doing:

As our Events Coordinator Intern, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating our acclaimed food festivals. Your responsibilities will stretch across various domains, including but not limited to:

■ Spearheading sales initiatives to enlist top-notch restaurants for our food festivals.
■ Seamlessly onboarding food festival vendors, ensuring all documentation, menu proofreading, equipment rentals, and invoice processing are meticulously managed.
■ Collaborating closely with our creative team to schedule and execute photoshoots that capture the essence of our festivals and marketing campaigns.
■ Taking the reins of on-site event coordination, ensuring each festival unfolds flawlessly.
■ Contributing to the cultivation and management of ongoing brand partnerships, enhancing our network and reach.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Internship Details:

This paid internship requires your commitment 5 days a week, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., starting May 1st, 2026, through Sept 15, 2026 Our hybrid work model includes two in-office collaboration days per week at our Toronto office in the Annex. Your presence will also be pivotal at our summer festivals: Taco Fest Mississauga, Taco Fest Toronto and Taco Fest Montreal.
